All color deuces at SCR 10

Last week at the supercar reunion we achieved something that had never been done before. We pulled all 8 colors of Yenko deuces together for a very cool photo shoot. I'm not sharpe enough to post pics here, perhaps Marlin, or Allen can for me. Otherwise you can see them on the SYC site.

Also met some site members while there. Had a good chat with novaguy, and a couple other nova people. Good to meet you.

Here you go...as well as all 8 of the '70 Yenko Deuce colors, we also had all 6 of the '69 Yenko Camaro colors...a feat that's never happened before, and may never happen again! Anyway, here's some pictures from the track...

[Edit: it should also be noted that on top of all 8 Deuce colors, we also had 1 of the 2 non-Yenko sold '70 COPO Novas, owned by Peter Simpson.

It was a really good show. Lots of neat cars and got to meet up with a couple of members of the site. You can't beat that.

Before anyone asks, I placed the cars in production order - left to right. The silver cars were first, then beige, then.... I realize that having red next to orange, and silver next to beige, is not the way an interior designer would like, but my logical accountant mind wanted it by the number sequence! :D

This was truly a first, as even Yenko Chevrolet never had all 8 colors. It's taken us over 6 years to get this done, and finally..... what a pic!!

That's me - it's a gobi beige lampshade, so naturally it's mine :D

The icing on the cake was having Pete Simpson and his copo Nova there from Canada - that was a true bonus. I'm not a big fan of the Yenko stripes, and I love XT wheel cars, so I put Pete's car right in front :p

The lamp shade may be Gobi Beige, but that guy hidding under it sure looks like he's Sunflower Yellow. ;)

I was thinking that was sunflower yellow also. besides, who would eat an M&M in "Goober beige"? Must be like the Harry Potter jelly beans a few years ago. sorry marlin, couldn't resist..
