I had the same problem, So I sent steve a Pm to find out what happened. He replied back right away. He made some changes to his paypal account and some payments were sent back. Any ways I just resubmitted my payment and It went through with no problems. There was a reply from Admin in a thread yesterday addressing this issue also.
