Budget alternatives to cowl induction.

Hey there, I have a 70 and I'm looking for a reasonably cheap alternative to cowl induction, mostly for better hood clearance, right now I'm demoted to a torker 2 intake with no spacer because I wanted to keep the stock hood but I'm eventually going to want to upgrade my intake setup or go to a big block. My dad has a Black 70 SS 396 with the 2 inch cowl and I wanted to do something different and interesting, not only that but my mom will kill me if I make my car look anything like dads:D

You got the free option....cut a big old hole in the hood. Or buy a stinger hood, or make your own out of something.

Take the hood off.
