Ladders bars I scored

While at a mechanic shop today way up yonder in the Volunteer State, A guy was paying to have these removed so I asked what they were gonna do with them.. They now are ridin in the truck back to Alabama. The only part I wasn't able to get was the front mounts as they were welded on so they just left them. They were on a 67 Chevelle.. A BAD 67 CHEVELLE. He says he likes it better without them :confused: .

OLD SCHOOL !!

They were made by Lakewood back in the 70s. About the worse thing you could do was to run them. A much better approach is to use modified factory four link.

All these things did was bind the rear up to prevent wheel hop.

Yeah but they are cool :cool: :cool: :D . NMW also made them and I am not 100% sure these aren't the NMW units. I got the large bolts that go through the eyes up front too, just forgot to take pics of them.

I'd run 'em just for the old-school look...but my car is mostly just a cruiser. Anything to make it looks like it was straight outta the "hot-rod era" :p
