I installed the coil springs that came with the MustangII Heidts kit.The car rides nice but seems to be a bit stiff.I do not feel the shocks working.I pulled one shock out(still trying to find suspension rattle)and installed the shock and it felt the same.It seems like a hollow bang on the right front. My question is does it take some time for springs to settle or do I need a rating under from what I already have. I will call them and ask what are the ratings on the springs. Car sits slightly high in front.

Heidts will probably tell you the same thing that TCI says - it takes a few hundred miles of driving for the springs to settle. Having said that, many here have had the same issue with the Must II coil-spring front end. You may need to sway out the springs for a pair with a lower spring-rate.

fast 65 is right
I have a steel headed big block with the lightest springs and the front is still high and thats after 2-3 years of street driving.
