New skin problem?

When I log on under my user name I loose the new skins and everything reverts back to the old skins, when I dont log on I get the new skins.
WHY?

Go to your user control panel "User CP" (in the bar at the top of the page).

Edit Options.

At the very bottom is a place to select Forum Skin.
