Tom DANNO 20th-May-2007, 06:52 PM There is an opening in the lower contol arm (where the bottom of the spring sits) through which you can insert the shock, top first. Tom Shock goes in from the bottom. Do not install it with the mount in side the spring. The lower shock mount uses the bottom of the lower control arm as a stiffener and the bolts are not strong enough for different mounting.
