Sorry for the poor pictures, but it was pouring outside, so I just snapped a few in the dark garage. When the sun comes  out I'll take some better ones. It looks much better with some meat stuffed under the rears.:) But these will hold you guys and girls over til then.

Thanks, I didn't want the standard derby caps in the centers. I wanted something a little different. So I painted the rims the body clolor and went with old school spinner caps.

Raised white letter tires look great on that car. Looks even better when they're rolling too. I have the same tires on one of my other cars. When I switched to the Radial T/A's, handling and ride improved greatly. Best of luck.

Looking good Kev. Did ya keep the old one's with the poverty cap's so ya can switch em out every once in a while?

Yeah, they're tucked away in the basement for a while.

And thanks for all the kind words from everyone. Much appreciated.

Rims are 15 inch x 8 corvette rallys, fronts are 225 60 15's, rears are 255 60 15's. No rub, great fit.

I'm a fan of the car either way, but , I must say I do like the change.

You DID hang on to the original stuff, didn't you?

Looks great Kev. I have made a few sets of those spinner caps over the years. I would rob a set of the spinner chevelle wheelcovers of the spinners and replace the disc brake centerpiece looks great. I also have had a lot of shorty derby caps made so they don't stick out as far. Looks great on your car!

Kev, are you using the 15 x 8 'vette wheels in the front as well? Is the b.s. 4.5? I've got four 15 x 8 vette rallys that I've been meaning to get blasted and powdercoated, but didn't think that they would go on the front.

Yup, same ones on all 4 corners. They fit fine.

Looking really good Kev. I just have a couple of questions tho.

1. Do you lock your garage at night?

2. Do you leave the keys in the car at night?

OH, and as an after thought, what time do you go to work?

Don (just picken ....again):D ;)

Even the dog is armed. Did you see that ferocious looking headdress on that animal. Probably tear right thru a beer gut in a flash. A man with protection like that needs no other.

I can always put the steelies with the dog dishes back on. I only put them in the basement. I just needed a change of pace.:)

I understand. Looks great regardless. Glad you kept the old wheels so when you want to change again you have the old set up to turn to.

I am getting tired of my torque thrust wheels. I'm ready for a change in scenery myself.;) Not sure what kind of wheels I want to go to.
