hey guys
as some of you may recall, i've been having trouble getting a good pedal in my 71 which i converted from manual drum to power disc. first two masters i bought were defective --third tested good on bench, but not in car? my pedal was way too close to the floor and come to find out, my supplier sold me the wron pedals. now i have the new pedals in and the clutch and brake sit about even. now i want to get the brake bleeding issue done to get a pedal.
the problem is, and i am extreemly embarrased to say this but i read on here somewhere to make sure the bleeders are on the top. well i took a look today at mine, and i think i have them on the wrong sid as my bleeders are at the bottom:o  i can't believe after doing this car, that i would do a screw up like that .
could this be why i cannot get a hard pedal? the pedal keeps fading and we bled the heck out of it but nothing better. i am gonna switche them around tonight. hopefully this was my problem:confused: ?

Hey Shawn, yep once I again I had the same trouble as you. After doing my disc swap and I could not bleed mine properly and then I saw a pic of someone elses and realized I am an idiot!(the calipers swap side ti side perfectly) With the bleeder on the bottom it leaves a nice little pocket of air at the top. Easy fix tho.
