Im on a tight budget and i wanted to give my wheels a new look, so for less than 10 bucks (spray paint and some masking tape) I gave em a new look that i think looks pretty cool... and these are the pics of the car before it got sent out to get dipped, I've got a lot of work ahead of me this summer, but it should be fun!

Hopefully you are removing the steering column, steering box and the radiator support before it is dipped. Dipping it may eat up the seals in the rearend also. It may destroy any seals that are still on it.

That's good. Sometimes we overlook the obvious and need to be reminded. You are going to be real busy this summer on this project.

That's about the condition of mine before sending it to have the underside blasted and painted. I may have the rest of the car painted while it is apart. Not sure the budget will allow for it.

actually they are knock offs...i thought they were real ones initially but i checked with the owner when we bought the car and he said he got them cheap and that they werent real...i was excited before i found out they were fake...any ways they have some chips in them so they were completely beat up...oh well

I wish mine was that straight!:p I think I only see 1 little dingy on the driver's quarter, but even that may just be reflection. I'm about 1/2 gallon into my glaze just patching chips and dings.
