Does anyone know this car?

I found this car and was wanting some info on it. I love the way it sits and the size of the rear tires and wheels. Also I am kind of a new member here and I am in the process of doing a mini tub job on my 72any help would be great or a guess as to what he is running in the rear.

Not aure I found this on Cardomain and figured that someone on here might know some info on it.
