Welcome to the site.
Walt at ClassicNova (www.classicnova.com) (in Ashland) is probably you're closest resource for info. He's a member here too; goes by the name Nova656567.
You're also welcome to join the discussion forum (http://forum.nwnova.com) on the NW Nova Club's website or chat with the folks here. We're a pretty casual group at either location.
Just toss out your questions in the appropriate tech forum here and someone will usually jump on them within the hour. :)

Poly bushings get my vote. I've been running them for years with no problems. I like the Energy Suspension product line more than PST. I think their parts are engineered better.

I would also second the cpp lower a-arms. I installed the lower, uppers and a sway bar. Just got back from a trip to the coast and the curves through the coast range were a blast to drive with the CPP kit. I alsp rebuilt all the front end with new shocks and springs but it was a completly different car. It kept up with the car in front of me no problem.
