It is located in KC I don't know how to put pictures in.
burkej62 18th-February-2007, 01:18 PM As a rule of thumb, you'll never get back what you invest into it , unles sby chance it's super rare .
03cobrakid 18th-February-2007, 01:41 PM Would you be interested in trading for a 1982 corvette ?
MNYenko 18th-February-2007, 02:59 PM If you sell it like it is. You will take a loss. If you can get it driving for another $1,500.00. You may come even. The bucket seats help. The 307 auto does not. Earl
MarkM68 18th-February-2007, 03:06 PM You're leaving out the most important part. Condition of the body is 90% of it. Is it rust free? Is there even paint on the car?
"Wheel lips cut out" That doesn't sound good to me. Sounds like half ***
ed body work, to me, JMO.
batman09 18th-February-2007, 03:06 PM I'd say $5-6k.You really need pictures.....Look here

My advice to you would be get that thing roadworthy, or part it out. selling a half finished project is a tough sell.
Those seats look real nice I bet you could get some good money for them.
74 hatchback 18th-February-2007, 08:21 PM keep it! make it nice, lose the 307 for a BBC and you might get back half your money.
batman09 18th-February-2007, 10:36 PM now that I've seen the pictures I say $4000.good luck.bm
RatNova71 18th-February-2007, 11:05 PM That sure would make one sharp looking Nova, with all that exterior trim and painted back silver. Too bad you're selling it.
footjoy 18th-February-2007, 11:29 PM Well I was curious to see what the car was worth? I am going to finish this car in black with black top. I am looking for LT1 engine. Regardless of what some experts say the quarters are good, the front clip is brand new, bumpers new. I will do this myself. I have enclosed a picture of my handi work.

Thanks for the input I figured I was way overboard and was right.
RatNova71 18th-February-2007, 11:32 PM Sounds good. Triple black would look killer too! good luck to you, and keep us posted. :)

YENKO DEUCE REG 19th-February-2007, 11:15 AM Was this car originally a bucket seat car? It's unusual to see buckets with a/t still on the column, and the seat covers don't appear to be '70 versions.

Thats true, I did not notice that till you said it. Here's my seats, out of a 70 nova. The entire Interior was out of a 70 nova SS when my Nova was restored 10 years ago.

footjoy 19th-February-2007, 02:40 PM I don't know the originality of this car. The cowl tag reads:
TR733 14C PNT
08D 0 A 3
I know it is not an SS car and I know the seat covers are after market. After what I have read in this thread it doesn't appear to be worth a whole lot anyway so I will sell 307/350 don't laugh it is good motor. but for resale I am going with 350 LT1 if I can find one.
Thanks
71SS454 19th-February-2007, 03:15 PM It looks like it could be a pretty nice car. If you're going for a resale the LT-1 will help for a hot rodder buyer. Just don't advertise it as an original survivor. A survivor isn't a car that has had that much work done on it. A survivor is a car that is ALL original except for maybe the plugs/wires oil and filters, belts and hoses possibly also.
YENKO DEUCE REG 20th-February-2007, 04:09 PM Thanks for the TT info, I see the interior code for the buckets. It's unusual, but not impossible.
