There's a 68 Nova in Harrison MT. It was for sale last summer and is still there. Looks like a nice roller, would be willing to look at it and take pics if any one is interested. I pass by it twice a week on my run to California, so it would be no problem. The best part is that it is on a secondary road off the beaten path.

What are you running with? Something big enough to stuff a car in/on? ;).

Pics would be pretty sweet. For the right 68 I would sell my car and start on a new car. ;)

I stopped and looked at the Nova and spoke to a lady at the house. The Nova is not for sale anymore, the son is going to restore it. I did notice that it had 327 bezels on it, any thoughts?? I also forgot my digital camera so no pics this time around.

2slow72,

I run a reefer to California every week. Makes it easy for me to pick up parts ie this trip I will stop at the Summit wharehouse in Sparks NV for a set of Cragar SS rims for the rear of my car. Cost for two with exchange is less than the cost for one in Canada.

If the 327 bezels are stock, that is one valuable '68. :)

2slow72,

Maybe we could barter, I need motor work ie upgrades: intake, carb, cam combo setup help, and I can help out as long the parts are not to big, they must fit in my sleeper.

Ratnova71,

If I stop again and look closer, what should I be looking for? The car does not have a motor in it and is not an SS, I looked for the finned front drums and did not see any.

Hey efirth! You are going right through my back yard. I live in Belgrade, MT about 20-30 miles from Harrison. Give me a shout sometime you are coming through and I'll buy ya lunch or something. I can do some research on the 68 if you give me some particulars on where it is at. I have several clients in Harrison.

I drive by the summit retail store in Ohio pretty often on work routes. Finally stopped last week....it is pretty cool.

hkdonoldys,

The 68 Nova is on the main road running through Harrison. It is one block from the 287 cafe sitting under a awning garage.
