Does any one know if you can put a multi-leaf spring set up underneath a 66 nova. Or does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do to get a good hook up. I have a 383 producing around 450hp running through a 700R4 to a 4.11 posi. The mono leaf just seem to have too much flex.

I know they sell them. They usually require a different mounting perch. However, springs such as Global West and Hotchkis multi-leafs can be made to work with either spring perch.

Check www.espo.com
Mine bolted right into my 63 with no issues.

Edit: Looks like espo quit selling the springs, check the weblink library, there should be some other manufacturers in there.

I have a 4 leaf setup in mine, works and rides great! I have Carl trac track bars and they really work. Original perches and mounts.

Mono leaf's can be made to work o.k.--There are some 7 second cars out there that don't seem to flex too much! My Calvert Split Mono's work much better than my old multi's. Nicer ride too!
