Free Stuff !!!! And a Question....

My buddy has a 69 Firebird with a 400 ci motor. He is going to an air bag suspension setup. He had brand new coil springs in the car. He gave them to me for nothing. Will they fit my 70 Nova 396 as a direct replacement? :confused:

My springs were due to be replaced anyways...a little tired. I'm hoping I just saved myself a few bucks.:) :confused:

I just looked at http://www.classicindustries.com and they have different part numbers listed for those two applications.

I talked to my buddy who plays with Firebirds and he said they will fit,but they may not give you the correct ride height.They should be fairly close though.

Hotchkis list their springs to work for BigBlock 70 Nova and 400 CID 69 Firechicken so spring rate should be fine.. Go for it

Your lug nuts will probably cost more than my whole car but you really can't compare the results.

Your car is going to be SPECTACULAR. Mine is,and will probably be, well , a Nova.
