I have pulled the Dana 60 out of my 69 Nova to replace seals, bearings and all of that stuff. this car has had a ladder bar setup under it for about 30 years. Anyway, I noticed that there is no pinion snubber on the rear end. When we used to race stock eliminator we always had a snubber.I have not dealt with ladder bar suspensions before and am not that familiar with them. In all the years my friend owned this car I never noticed there was not a snubber. Is a snubber necessary on this type of suspension setup? Eventually I am planning on going to a coil over setup but I'm going to have to use what I have for awhile.
