It is worth three bazooka joe comics, two big bertha marbles, and one used stick of bubble gum mixed with pocket lint.

Seriously though, it matters what you consider survivor, as some people think it must have original paint, interior, drivetrian including motor to be a survivor, but others think it just needs to not be a rat trap.

Need more info, including what documents are there to prove it is a real big block super sport?

just to throw out a ball park figure without any details, 25K-40K?

If it's a true console car with gauges it's rare, but without the motor it hurts the value paper work is another must for value.I looked at 3 under $20000 true 69 BB cars before I bought mine with out the drive train well under half that. The best one I seen was black on Black w/console for $18000 and 454.
There is ways to tell true 69 BB cars without papers with in 98% 69 is the only one I can tell to that extent.Unless it's outstanding I wouldn't pay over 20K with out the original drivetrain.

This is only my opinion,Paul

Survivor cars are easy..if they are really survivors!!...I would much rather look at a 38 year old car with the original patina than some rattle can resto unit...you can't recreate originality...post some pics..the rest is easy.

My friend has a 70 SS BB 4spd car was used as a drag car its whole life, 30K miles on it, damn near perfect and complete. It came with a 396 (non matching) that didnt run right I believe he paid like $4k.
Depends on where you are that determines the price.

4K would be GREAT! the price on the car I am refering to is 15K I owned some SS cars years ago A 70 Chevelle SS and a 69 Nova SS 396/350 4 speed there was no doubt that they were authentic, this was in 1975-78 so they were cheap and plentiful and I was a teenager so I beat them to death, what should I look for to make sure its a true SS, it has the right heater core cover for a BB and it looks like its been on the car a long time, also its a 11427vin so its a v8, but what else? any help would be great thanks Bruce

69's are also mandetory power disc brake, check the hood for braces at the rear of the louvers on the under side,if the hood has these look for original paint color.

$15k is a decent price for a survivor BB car....there are a lot of clues....but the best thing is seing it...just post some pics of the engine bay, chassis, interior, etc..we can help you sort it out.

15k sounds really cheap. I paid more than that for my small block car. I have see n non matching big blocks sell for high 20s to low 30s depending on condition.
