I live about 70 miles from Kennewick. If you aren't in a big hurry I will probably be going that way some weekend before Christmas.
There used to be someone on the site who lived in Richland which is right next to Kennewick, he might be more help than me if he chimes in.

I wish I would of seen your post...I was just in Richland this past week. My Mom & brothers live over there, so I get there fairly often. I have several car friends that live in the area...maybe it's one of them that's selling...not sure.
