I can't say I did. Those pics were taken (by me) just before I bought it.
The car is now down at my brother's (Shankin on here) shop for some clean up/detail work. I know enough to be dangerous and he is a pro, so he works on all my stuff even though he lives 900 miles away.
He also has four of my other cars at his shop right now! Some of them will be coming home soon (I hope!!).
MK70SS 26th-November-2006, 10:18 PM What else ya got? That 69 is sweet.
MartyO 26th-November-2006, 10:34 PM What else ya got? That 69 is sweet.
I have:
'66 Plymouth Belvedere with a 440 4 bbl
'03 Mercury Marauder (world's fastest at 10.63, so far with a lot more on the way)
'93 Mustang Cobra with a Paxton blower and only 16,000 miles
'93 Yellow Mustang Feature Car (convertible) (under construction at Shankin's shop)
'93 Mustang LX with 28,000 miles and looks brand new (makes about 400+ hp for the street)
I am still looking for a '67 Fairlane and a '67 Gen II Nova
I love cars and I would rather spend my ****$ on my cars than my ex-wife! :D
MK70SS 26th-November-2006, 10:46 PM I saw a 67 Fairlane 427 this past summer for sale in NH. It was real nice. Good lookin car.

Well, I will tell you this: hang on to your old school cars. The prices are getting to be higher than giraffe's nuts. We were at Moultrie last weekend and the prices were insane. And, Shankin was at Daytona this weekend and he reports the same thing was going in down there. Thank you Barrett Jackson.
