Nice car! Looks like a clean car.... I love black, I have had many black cars, got sick of always trying to keep it clean. That's the cost of a black car..

Looks like mie except the color and mine's a 396. Mine's black cherry. Same dog dish hubcaps, etc. Is yours a 4 spd or an auto? Great looking car. Did you do all the work yourself?

I purchased the car with a 4 inch hood, weld wheels and a grant steering wheel. It was way to drag car for my taste.

Very cool Shankin! Speaking of red-lines, what kind would you get? I'm thinking about the Diamond Back Classics. Has anyone seen them in person? I think the only thing that would be kinda different would have to be the red-line itself. Instead of "set-in" to the tire I think it will be "raised", because they add it on to an existing tire.

There is a guy local here that installs redlines on any tire. I am going to have him do mine in the next couple of days. Martyo and myself just got back from moultry. We picked all new trim for both of our black novas!

Shankin, Sharp looking car. Very sleeper/menacing look. I want to have a few sets of wheels for my black '69. I like the look of the dog-dishes on black wheels on a black car. I have not seen dog-dishes for sale anywhere(year one, classic industries, summit, etc.) Just ralleys. Any help would be appreciated.

My wheels are 15 inch instead of the factory 14s. The 15s are much easier to find if you are just looking for the old look but not worried about factory correct. The centers you can find on ebay or a local swap meet.
