Are the front kick panels on a 69 the same on a 4 door as a 2 door? I found a really good set of green panels but they are from a 4 door.

Nova_Guy 10th-November-2006, 10:34 PM Thats what I thought myself, I wasn't sure. Some stuff is the exact same other stuff is different between the two. taz3 10th-November-2006, 11:11 PM Most parts infront of the doors and behind rear axle inter change. I guess I shouldn't toss my green 69 kick panels out then. I think I'm going to post the parts I have a couple weeks before I come down in the summer some I'll give away cause they're just taking up space and no offence but I dislike green and every second Nova I've owned has been green! YENKO DEUCE REG 13th-November-2006, 03:02 PM The difference in the kick panels is between '69 vs. '70, not between the 2door vs. 4door. So, those 4door kickers should be fine to install in your 2door. I wouldn't throw out or give away your greenies though! Even the nicest black kick panels will look better after a nice, thin, even coat of black lacquer paint. You would be amazed at how nice they look, same with the rubber mats - they are all black, GM just painted the top side with lacquer paint to make them blue or green. So, dust some paint on your kickers and your mats :D M | |
