Guys just wanted opinions on Fatman Fabrication's third gen camaro strut suspension conversion for Chevy II's. I know it's pricey but just not convinced a mustang II suspension is the way I want to go and CPP's mini subframe looks great for the price but really wish they addressed the suspension rather than offer tubular upper and lowers.

Any pros and cons would be greatly appreciated either product or company.

Thanks,

Dreuski.

I tried the Fatman setup and wasn't happy with it. First, price wise it's one of the cheaper setups and as usual, you get what you pay for. If you don't want the car to sit much lower, and don't want to install a big block, and use Camaro parts, I guess it's Ok. It's a straight bolt in deal with drilling a couple holes, so not hard to do. I sold it and went with a Chassisworks front and rear clip.

My recommendation is to replace the entire front clip if you are going to do anything. There are lots to choose from and now some rear setups are coming on the scene. Do your research, and you can get lots of feedback from this board...there's pretty much at least one or two of every kind of clip available that's been installed by people on here. Good luck.
