A word about TCI

I thought Id share my latest experience with the folks at Total Cost Involved. Ive called there with varying results, but this time they really helped me out. I bought my clip a few years back, they sent me some inner fender panels that were a lot less than perfect on my 65. I called them a few weeks ago to see if they offered ones that fit yet. I figured that I would hafta buy a set from them or someone else, but they offered to send me new set! Got them yesterday, they fit a lot better. All smiles here.:)

I have called TCI on a couple of different times where my customer had installed the older style inner panels that did not fit properly. They usually make the fender too flat on the top and it doesn't match the crown in the hood. They sent my customers new panels with no questions asked. The new ones have the proper curvature and fit well. If any of you have problems with the fit call Evan at TCI. He is the sales manager and he Will take care of the problem.

Yep, Thats exactly what happened. I second the opinion that you need to talk to Evan. He will make it right.

When I recieved my clip there wasn't and instruction detail sheet in sight. So I called TCI, dont know who I spoke with but all they wanted was my address so he could send them out. very quick and helpful.
