Yes, this is Cherokee, NC. They have a show there on the reservation each year. The show was started by Southern Rodder magazine a few years back and they pulled out, but since it has been held locally. Not a real big show, but not a bad show and they usually have a few vendors there. It's about a 7hr drive for me, but I enjoy going. Hope to see you there.

I can't make any promises yet but I would like to go. I kinda got fussed at by Maw Rabbit this week over my trip yesterday. I had been telling here for a month that I wasn't going and then I decided on Thursday to go. You know how that goes. Plus I am going to be in Chattanooga this week for the Forge Musclecar show so I will have quite a bit of making up to do in the weeks to come. Oh yea one other thing I will have to make up is I will be gone this whole week and Saturday is her b-day. Yep I'm in trouble. I see a l-o-o-o-o-o-ong honeydo list in my near future. Hey JR I'll make a deal with you. You come over and help me knock out that list and we will cruise the Deuce over to Cherokee. What d'ya think?

Jr, I don't think there's a website for this show, but I done a search and found this web site www.jbrod.com and it is on their schedule there.

Rabbit, yeah, I know all about those honeydo lists, but just explain to her its towards the end of the year and you really, really need to go to this one, lol.

I think theres about 8 cars/couples going from here. We'll be convoying for about 7 or 8 hours. This will be the longest road trip for the '66 so far, but so far I have about 2800 miles on the car, trouble free, knock on wood.
