A good way to make perfect size pics

I recently found A site that made it easy for me to make thumbnails of any size for albums and for posting here. If all your pics in A certain album are about the same size (too big usually for easy viewing here) you can make one like you want then once you get it right you can make your whole album the same size plus it will still leave your originals for you (it just renames the new ones for you). I guess there are A number of different things like this but this one was easy for me to use and it's free :D .
