Toured the flea market area today as well as the cars for sale. Man are some of these guys dreaming on the prices they are asking. One guy had a nice 63 SS vert. in very nice condition, complete and looking original. Asking $16,900 which I felt was a good deal for that car. A guy in the back had a 63 vert that didn't have a good body panel on it! It was a basket case! I questions that it could actually be repaired knowing the structural issues with the early rag tops. $7,800. Lots of Wagons! Some nice ones and some rusted hulks. I am glad I got mine when I did. The Novas are getting harder to find. Some pretty Novas too. A beautiful red 62 wagon, a beautifully restored 70 SS bench seat 4 spd. up on the auction block and some good looking 66 and7's. Hope to see everyone on the show field tomorrow. I'll be there early and all day!
