front suspension and mini tubbing

I am going to install the rack and pinion bolt on kit and get the wagon mini tubbed. Which should get done first? I want to keep the height that I currently have in the front so I am going to go with the stock spindles. Will mini tubbing with a new ford 9 inch change the rear height? I am also going with coil overs and ladder bars. Thanks for any advice

nope who ever is doing the install should know where to put the height..just make sure you tell him where you want i t to be.good luck
