SS hood grille placement

Is there any measurements or diagrams to show the proper place to drill the holes for the SS hood grilles and bezels?? Someone "tried" putting a hood scoop on the 68 SS I bought and I'm going change it back to the stock hood. I order a GM assembly manual from chevyIIonly this week ,will it show it in the manual?
