My 69 Nova project that i am into right now was a race car for the majority of its life. Over the years, the original rear end was pulled and the car was backhalfed and a Dana 60 installed. As a result of this there are no parts for the emergency brakes left on the Dana. I have done some checking around and it appears that the e-brake parts are no longer available. I have been thinking about installing one of the driveshaft e-brakes like I have seen on a lot of street rods. Has anybody here done this? What are your thoughts about the easiest way to hook up the e-brake?
