Will have a permit on the Shakey, so who's gonna be out and where ya gonna be? A&W? Java? Permitted it Sunday and man I miss rubber tearin' times!!!!! Have been trying to get the wife to loosen up the purse strings and I think after the line lock rubber patch we left, I have her convinced.:D :D :D

A&W if the weather is good, maybe Java II.
I will be Penny-less, as my wife Penny, is busy Thursday night, and Friday night she's shampo'in the rugs in the office.
Penny likes when I step into the throttle as well. Its nice not to have to pussy foot around, especially when you have decent street HP on tap. Mind you, when she's not in the car, I have .128 second advantage.
The racers now know her weight.
See you at the " Dub "

We, ( the nova, my lovely better half and I ) will probably be at A&W this Thursday. My dash lights quit working, so have been fishing about to find out why, pulled radio out for better access. Fuses are all A OK.
Hope to see some tire burning :p

I left the Dub in kind of a hurry last week, and feel bad that I had left in such a huff+puff:o . If more people leave in a hurry like that, it may spoil the atmosphere, and just like the Java Hut, cause the event to be monitored.
It is always your option, to test, where you wish, and probably 85% of the event people don't mind at all. For me, I now have my tail tucked as I am a bit embarrased for leaving in such a " hurry", and apologize to that 15% that frown on Testostorone and power.

Don't worry, 15% do something to annoy the other 85% that has nothing to do with HP. Us 15% get the upper hand:D Besides...they'll get over it. Shawn, ck your headlight switch.

will be there 6:30 or 7:00.
Pat, I wouldn't worry about what people think. You built the car for performance. Use your tool man :D

Really nice to see all the Nova's out tonight. I left with grace and dignity. I hope Terry can help with some items you need. I was happy to finally see Todd's 63 SS, now that is going to be one nice piece Todd when you are done with it.
You said:" Use your tool man "
On my way home a brand new Red 2007 ZO6 started really pestering, and bugging me, like a fly that just would not go away. He kept rev'in though the gears till his secondary exhaust flaps would open, nice sound by the way, just amazing when those flaps open. I finally had enough of his games, and I don't get mad, I usually get even. I lead him to a super clean area of traffic and people in my City, no point causing an accident with his brand new Red toy.
I am 21 cubes smaller than his 427" and 300lbs heavier, but I have 25HP advantage, and a whopping 60lbs of TQ more than GM's new 7.0 liter.
If you see a new Red Z06 with plates that start with 404-***, he got a licken tonight, that one really made my day:D .
Just had to use my OLD TOOL small block vrs GM's best new Tool small block.
I do not condone steet race at all, but, this guy was extremly determined to show me what his new red 7.0 liter toy could do, the kind guy that I am, I gave him the oportunity.
There are some things a guy just has to do, right.
