This weekend I reached a major(?) milestone - I welded the last of my replacement sheet metal. There is still a lot of cleanup to do. With the tail panel installed that makes front floorpans, trunk pan, wheel houses, trunk drop-offs and quarter panels. Whew! This was all new to me so I guess this proves that anyone can do it.

Greetings,

You're well on your way now! It won't take much to get those welds cleaned up and start working on getting the body ready for some vari-prime.

Nice. You've done well. The little Yenko emblem on the trunk lid isn't there for nothing. That's a real deal deuce. And he's doin it himself. That's very cool.:D

Thanks for the comments. I've gotten a lot of help from many of the board members. Schoyne gave me a lot of tips on replacing the quarters so I could save the "telephone receiver" section on my original door jams. My next big thing is to buy or build a rotisserie so I can do the underside; until then, I will finish up all the welds and put a little primer on them.
