New gears in my 68 bb car

Just got back from taking my bb car for a ride after I installed a set of richmond 373 gears. This car pulls real good now. I took my father for a ride and redlined 1st 2nd and 3rd, then he just started to yell. When I got it home a heard a noise it ended up being my clutch fan. That will need to be replaced before I take it back out. I don't think the old bearing liked those high rpms.
