Just wanted to introduce myself. I recently purchased a 1970 Nova...and i'm sure i'll be here asking for everyones expertise quite frequently.

Not the best picture, but until I take more it's all i've got!

Greetings,

More pics please! One can never post too many pics of their ride. I am a fan of the black...If I wasn't stuck in the past I would have mine painted that color, but unfortunately since I liked the color combo of my car (it was painted that way in 1988) I kept it.

Welcome,
nice to see more '70's here!!!

hey can you open the wing windows with your mirrors that you have on the outside?

I can't with mine without twisting the mirror around!

It's a 350, did an engine swap last year, rebuilt th350 transmission, mild race cam, headers, and other than that it's pretty much stock.

Unfortunately I just had the inner wheel bearing on my drum brake come loose on my way home the other night and get pretty jammed up in the hub, almost popped the entire wheel off. Did a pretty good number of the threads, etc. too So now i'm searching for a new hub assembly, to get these brakes back up to par. Oh well, they were long overdue for some work!

And thanks everyone for the compliments....

I think they maybe after-market. Unless I move them around the window will only open about 3/4 of an inch.

Oh well, some day I'll get new ones
