Did anyone last year spearhead the drive up to the mini-nats from the Southern California area? I've never been yet. I know Christian, you've made the trip. Fun? Do a few guys make the drive, kinda a road trip deal? I'm thinking of it. Any others?

The mini-nats are Aug.19,20 at the Mariott in Rancho Cordova.
Many arrivals on Friday. There is a swap right near by. Prizes, raffles
RR music, awesome people, and of course...........our beloved Novas!

This event is hosted by Golden State Novas with NNN support. A people's 25 award show on Sunday. event ends around 3pm. Some guys go on a dinner cruise..thats cool. Let's see yur ride Bud

If there are enough people serious about going, I will pass up racing in the heat of Fontana and would pull one of the Novas to the Nats. I went to the them when they were in Pleasanton a few years back, had a really good time and met some nice people. What is the deadline to get rooms and register? I have the Nova Times here, but too lazy to dig it up....... :rolleyes:

There is no dead line to register for the show but the dead line for NNN's room rate is July 28. The Phone number for the hotel is (916)638-1100 be sure to tell them you're a NNN member for NNN's room rate, hope to see you there.

Dale, if only you had brought this up about a month ago. I completely forgot about it. Suzanne and I just booked a vacation to Florida and we leave that weekend. I've always wanted to go to that. Maybe next year.
