how can you get a stain that will not come out, out? oxy clean-no, tuff stuff-well, that's what put it there in the first place...... also, what about mildew removal? i've tried the 1:1 alcohol-water mix, but it didn't work

I have used carb cleaner on a few stains in auto carpet and even the upolstry if you just wet a towel and rub the spot. Don't soak the material. This will work if it is soluble and not a huge area. If it is something like grape juice, you are probably out of luck! Test a small spot first to be sure the cleaner doesn't attack the material. Good luck

Try lighter fluid. When I was in high school I worked for an upholstery shop and we used it all the time. I would test it on a small spot first.

peanut butter works well on lots of stains.....no joke.
