Works greaty for me and my car is black. For wax I use 3M Liquid wax. I polish alot more than wax. I corrected this post. The Nano wax doesn't work like the 3M Glaze. Nothing does. Later. Mark! Seattle_Mike 11th-May-2006, 10:27 PM Depends on if your car is a daily driver or not but I never wax cars with a "nice weather" driver paint job or my black cars. I use a swirl remover & glaze only (3M products). Wax swirl marks drive me crazy and I don't care for wax buildup that you get over time. I invested in an orbital buffer a couple of years ago and foam pads. It's one of the best car things I've bought in a long time. On my truck I use the 3M liquid wax after the swirl remover and glaze. 67 supersport 12th-May-2006, 04:56 AM can you use the swirl remover & glaze without machine? Seattle_Mike 12th-May-2006, 09:09 AM Yes, just ensure you apply and remove using straightline strokes to avoid the swirl syndrome. Use a dampened foam pad to apply and microfiber rags to remove...they seem to work the best. DANNO 12th-May-2006, 10:03 AM I've been using Zaino products with great results. http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=ZKIT-1&Category_Code=Zaino I haven't used it with a powered buffer but plan on getting a PC 7424 and giving it a go.
