Hi guys...we're going to Vegas next month and I want to pick up an Eaton 3 series 12 bolt carrier while I'm there if I can. Looks like they are about 1/2 the price of up here. Any shops you deal with down there or any that are fairly easy access from the "strip"? I tried your yellow pages but don't know my way around town.

thanks- wolfen (a.k.a. BOB)

Forgot to mention the one shop I noticed in the yellow pages..."Driveline Specialist" in Las Vegas. Anyone deal with them? I saw their EBAY ads as well.

Wolfen,

I haven't had any direct dealings with them here in town but I have heard of the name, I found this thread doing a google search on them,

If they are on pioneer, there going to be a little ways off the strip, but shouldn't be too hard to get too. If you need help getting around just let me know and I'll do what I can.

Bob

P.S. Bring your sun screen, its finally warming up, suppost to get into the 90's this weekend

Thanks Deuce!! Appreciate the offer and the info.:) I think we will have a car for a couple days to explore a bit more than the strip so getting there should not be too bad. A little Blackjack, dark rum, sun and shopping....can't wait:D

Anytime Wolfen, if you need help just pm me and I'll get you my cell number. Nwayne, I don't know of any good welders in town, I'm learning on mine as I go. I did the trim holes then the floors now the subframe connectors and rear end. I wouldn't call myself good by any means but I'm learning, each time I get a little bit better. If your looking for somebody who might be cheap and looking for practice, try calling Vo-tech and see if any of the kids taking welding might be available or if they might be able to work on your car there? Just a thought. Were are you at in town?

Thanks Bob. If you're interested in doing some welding let me know? Don't mind paying$$ Right now I don't have anything Major to weld. Few trim holes, couple spots on the firewall, and a little patch piece in the trunk. Well, could be more once I get the paint completly stripped.
I'm in Green Valley. Near St. Rose. Where abouts are you located?
Liked to see your Nova some time.
