I am having trouble resizing and when I thought I had that right I couldn't upload to this site. Can I email the pic to someone and get some help resizing and then let me know how I am supposed to upload the avatar.. I thought I knew how to but I guess not.:o

there's a malfunction 'er sumpin' that the Admin will need to address for us... he's outta town right now. it'll be a few days and it'll all get squared away. there's a thread running in the Mods section on the subject :D

[edit] i had ta load the bear... yer car shot you sent was a bit map format and it wouldn't load... they need to be Jpeg files...

when you look at yer images in yer photo files... open it up and crop it so the car fills the picture as best ya can... then resize. the requirements say 85x85... but that's square... i bring in the length at 110 and try to fit...(rectangular keeping aspect ratio constant... only change ONE number)

go ta user cp and click on edit avatar, click browse and choose the image ya just got done editing... load it. if it's a size that'll fit... yer done. if it's too big, it'll tell ya... just go back and resize a bit smaller till it fits.

i don't mind helping, but yer gonna need to eventually be able ta swap 'em around yerself... heck mine sometimes changes multiple times a day...

we'll get ya hooked up... practice practice practice... send me the other shots and we'll take care of ya when yer ready

He's got to go soon, maybe we should pass him around the site, newbies or members who act up have to have him for A week or so.:eek: I'm taking pictures of the car this weekend if the new bumper bolts come in.....

:D :D Im starting to get the hang of it now:D . A haunted bear, max headroom (no that wasn't me in that pic) and now animal the muppet (A close resemblance in the mornings maybe):D No reason to take pictures of the car yet, it is missing parts again.....:(
