The Summit series race is today--they also allow test and tune runs. Much nicer than Thursday night stuff. You can even leave your tools laying around without worrying about some import guys stealing them(I've lost about $1500 in tools and fuel jugs over the years) Should be a nice day. I'm going to shoot pix, doubt if I'll run but.........................

What do those import guys want with standard sockets/wrenches...their stuff is all metric :D

Looking forward to seeing them. I spent the day out at Pomona, looked like a full house again. Dave and I were commenting on all these new first and second generation Nova's that seemed to abound out there! And ALOT of them were painted red. It was a good day for some of us.

I don't think they're smart enough to know the difference--most of them don't know how to work on their cars, they just buy stuff and have it installed. I love seeing new imports that are smoking and coughing from running loads of nitrous without taking care of the fuel system, or they've been over-revved to the moon so often they are used up before they have tags on the car.
