New headlights in my 71 Nova

hi i got these headlights that fit and everything its just that they have these 2 wires that i dont know what to pluh in to. the stock lights dont have them and these new ones dont work without those wires plugged into something. HELP!!!

could it be for a relay?got any pics?

well i found some headlights that willl work no problem but yeah it looks like a relay or something, has red and white wires two of each going into each other.
