Ignition problem I think HELP please.

Hooked up a new MSD 6AL box the other day. I also replaced the starter with a new unit. Car started but sometimes when I turn the key the its acts like there nothing there. If I go down and bump it from the starter post themselfs it will fire right up. Do I have a bad Ignition switch. It use to do this every once in a while in the past when the car was driven along way. I alway just through the starter was Hot from the headers and when I would let it sit for a while it would start right up. What do you think.

No problem at all. But make sure you get that ground wire from the MSD box off of a starter bolt and connect it to the neg. post on the battery. Also watch that thin red coming off of that starter I ran mine right from a toggle switch. Later.
