can anyone decode this # for me? 1100834-37a 9c28 12v neg thanks for your help

The #1100834 means it was off of a 1969 or 1970 car. Camaro/Nova/Chevelle/Monte Carlo with a V8 (small or big block) and heater only. No A/C.

37a = 37 amp altenator

9c28 decodes like this

9 = 1969

c = March

28= the 28th day in March

12v neg = 12 volt system
