straight headers

I want to go to thew track tomorrow, but I have my exhaust off, do you guys think it will be alright to go and run stright headers with a collector, or just wait till I get my pipes back on?

Run with open headers and then go back with the full exhaust. Would make for a nice/interesting test :)

You might want to bring a few carb jets with you if you plan on running without exhaust. If you were on the lean side with your exhaust the open exhaust might require more fuel. It all depends how restrictive your mufflers are in the first place. It's just a thought, had to jet up 2 sizes before with open headers so it wouldn't pop in 3rd gear. Good Luck...
