windshield additive bottle?

Did all years in the 1st and 2nd gen have that triangle bottle for the cleanung additive for washing windshield??
My 65 has the bracket but 66 does not.

I believe if the car came from the factory with the 2 speed wiper/washer option the bottle was part of the package.
