I am installing Sub connectors in my 71 and was wondering if a Electric 110 mig welder would do the trick. My car is not movable at this point and to get a bigger welder froma friend would be a pain in my but. So any info would be awseome. Thanks

If your 120 volt welder has about 100 amps it should weld them. I use to have a 120 Century gas mig welder and I welded 1/8 material with it and had good results. I think it was a 110 amp machine and I never used max amps to weld. RM

make sure before welding anything that you level the car (front to rear, side o side )when it's up on jack stands - you dont want the car to be unlevel and then next thing ya know you have funky door gaps or worse yet , the car wont go down the track straight
once it's welded your locked in - unless you grind or plasma cut it back out
