Date coded carpet

I removed the old carpet from the 70 Nova I plan on restoring and found this little gem stapled to the carpet. It was attached to the right front corner of the rear piece of carpet. Right under the passenger bucket seat.
Looks like:

yep, a few of them tags are originally installed in various locations on certain items, the carpet being one of them, and seats being other pieces.
