I need some help!

I was wondering if this rubber peice can be bought or am I just s.o.l on it? I have to sets of posts and both bumpers are bad.

Its the front post on the the door that goes over the vent window, the door glass rolls up to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Those top rubber insets are availabe from NNN. kind of pricey though for such a small piece. I think they were about 25 buks for the pair. Only place I found them though.
