What is this?

This pic is from an Ebay ad I am running and it shows what I am asking.

To the right of the 6A MSD box, the thing with the red wires coming off it. It is mounted on the core support. Looks like a stock relay or something to me. What is that thing and what does it do? I want to move it, it's ugly there.

Possibly its the horn relay...sorta looks like it....:confused:

Maybe I should follow the wires down an see where they go. Now there's a concept. As I posted the original question I am back at work and had been thinking about that relay piece since I worked in that area on Saturday. I will investigate tonight. And actually pay attention this time.

If it is the horn relay (which it resembles)I would think it should be mounted directly under the factory voltage regulator (if it is still there) on the radiator support.....

I meant to add, it looks like the overflow tank is sitting about where the relay hung from the factory (next to the radiator) so I wonder if it was relocated closer to where the horn originally hung...?
