Portland Swap meet?

I'm heading over from Spokane, via Olympia to get my Dad, then Portland on Friday. This is the first time I've gone, and a bit confused. I see there is a swap meet is at the Expo center, but there is another one at the Portland Raceway? Is one better than another? If I only have Friday to play, which one should I hit?

Also, are major parts vendors represented also? I was wondering if CPP might be there so I could look at their new control arm kit.
